PIT EXPERIENCE
Experience 1 Hour of Strength & Conditioning training, with elements of core work, athletic conditioning, stability and bursts of cardio. All workouts are pre-written, consisting of a demonstration of each exercise, dynamic warm-up, 45 min workout, followed by a cool down stretch. All you have to do is show up and commit to working hard.
