PIT EXPERIENCE

Experience 1 Hour of Strength & Conditioning training, with elements of core work, athletic conditioning, stability and bursts of cardio. All workouts are pre-written, consisting of a demonstration of each exercise, dynamic warm-up, 45 min workout, followed by a cool down stretch. All you have to do is show up and commit to working hard.

“Positive environment, friendly staff, always looking to help teach new forms and ways of doing exercises. The workouts are constantly changing that way your body doesn't get stuck in the same routine ever week. This gym is always having fun with contests and challenges that give people something to look forward to. I liked the 15 stations 2 people each station, the gym recently changed over to 10 stations with 3-4 people each that we are all still trying to get used to. Overall, I love coming here every day and recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym home!"
