Gym Policies

Members must cancel a pre booked class 8 hours prior to class start time. If not cancelled on the MindBody App (regardless if the class is waitlisted or not), there is an automated $10 late cancel fee that will be applied to your MindBody account.

 

Additionally, if a member "no-shows" for a pre-booked class, no matter if the class is waitlisted or not, there is an automated $15 No Show Fee that will be applied to your MindBody Account.

 

Lastly, we ask that everyone arrives to class before start time.

Anyone who shows up for class later than 5 minutes of the designated start time will NOT be allowed to take class.

 

**Please note, we understand that life happens, and in the event that you cannot make a class due to said unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you contact your home studio via phone call, text, or email prior to class start time. (Social Media messages do not apply)
