COMMITMENT

Commit yourself to 6-weeks of consistency. It's about showing up, working hard, and completing weekly challenges. Start on a great note for 2025. Build your accountability and do your absolute best.

CHALLENGES

Every week the PIT team will post challenges for you to complete for points. These challenges will push you to show your own progress.

EARN POINTS

How to earns points? Based on your first weigh-in you will get points off burning fat, building muscle, putting in the effort - showing up to class, weekly physical challenges and "pop up" challenges.
